Terms & Conditions – 108 Tower

1. Project Overview

108 Tower is a premium commercial development by Krisala Developers in Balewadi. All layouts, features, pricing, and visuals are subject to change at the developer’s discretion and in compliance with RERA and applicable laws.

2. Booking & Allocation

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.
• Unit allocation is based on availability and subject to developer confirmation.
• Execution of the Agreement to Sale is required within a specified timeframe to secure the booking.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must follow the official payment schedule issued by Krisala Developers.
• Delays in payment may incur interest as per agreement terms.
• Only accepted payment modes to official developer accounts will be valid.

4. Layout & Visual Disclaimer

Designs, layouts, and visuals in brochures or websites are for illustration purposes. Final deliverables may vary as per RERA-approved plans.

5. Possession & Delays

Possession timelines will be honored as per the agreement. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated. Any compensation will comply with RERA rules.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed as per terms in the booking form. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed post deduction of applicable charges and taxes.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All dealings are governed under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Buyers should verify all project details on the RERA website.

8. Communication Consent

By submitting your details, you consent to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails from Krisala Developers and their authorized partners.

9. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
