• Our technology partners: Secure CRM, email, and SMS platforms bound by strict data processing agreements.

All data remains within India; no cross‑border transfer occurs.

4. Data retention – defined periods

• General inquiries (no booking): Retained for up to 18 months from last contact, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
• Converted leads (booked unit): Transferred to Krisala Developers; we retain a reference copy for 5 years to address any post‑sales coordination.
• Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw at any time; we will delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal holds.

5. Security – our commitment

We employ reasonable security practices – HTTPS, access controls, periodic training – to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.
